@Rich i believe this dubbed by tai seng but mainly a lot of tai seng modern series is dubbed by these group of people .. The other group mainly dubbed the swordplay more of the ancient series .. but They all live in long beach

@rich they never stop .. it just split into two groups .. one for the modern series one for the ancient serial.. u will here a lot of this voice in the future

@Rich yes because my uncle use to own a video store and he met the sales person julie phork .. She introduce him to the dubbers .. he said it was dubbed at home .. they just made it into a studio

@rich, I believe TS. The main character voice actor/actress left, that’s why they have different voices from early/late 90s.
