i’m just re-adding this back. also the dub version never completed the dubbing on the first part of nirvana in fire. so watch it knowing some parts (ep 24, 35, and 54 end) will be sub

Any chance to change the file format from episodes 38 onwards. Current files format seems to be bouncing back and forth. Skipping parts of the movie.

hey Ella, theres only one file format and its all mp4. that sounds like a buffer issue to me, where only a portion of the video gets downloaded and gets bounced back to the beginning. thats usually from the video server or your device/wifi connection.
the video server should be running fine today. i did notice it was a bit slow when adding videos yesterday.

Nirvana 2 seems to be doing the same. The files could be corrupted. It doesn’t seems o haopen with other movies.

the few I just checked were running fine. can you give me just one episode and the play timestamp so i can replicate the error? its easy to tell from then if it’s corrupted. thanks.

Nirvana 2 – episodes 9 & 10 do far. Haven’t got passed that..but worth checking the rest.

since you didn’t provide any timestamps, i only checked episode 38 and let it played through out. it fully ran fine without skips and bounces. i ran it on a couple devices with android and windows, using the latest version of chrome, firefox, edge and brave browsers.
clearly not an issue of a corrupted video. you said the other series worked fine so i can’t pin point the problem for you sorry.
without timestamp, i won’t be doing any more testing as im not a fan of looking for a haystack needle. otherwise im happy to test some more 🙂
