    To make correction for those versions I mentioned above: 1993 ? by Tony Leung, 2006 by Alec Su and the last two I was correct.

    I think I’m out of touch with Chinese series. I remember loving the version with Tony Leung, but I find this version so boring. The actors are not appealing either, actresses looks all the same.

      Wayhaa, I kind of agree but I’m not a fan of remakes in general, especially if I already have a favorite version. I also find actors back in the days a bit more distinctive looking.

        @Rei, almost all entertainment industries, Americans, Asian, or others loves to remake movies/series. Chinese has remakes almost every year. I think I kinda grew out of watching ancient C-series so it’s hard for me watch a lot of them. And I agree that actors back in the 90s/early 2000 are bit more distinctively looking.
